2016 – The Houston Bar Association’s Animal Law Section honored Houston PetSet for contributions to animal welfare.

February 5, 2019 – Houston PetSet and members of the Harris County Animal Cruelty Taskforce were presented with a Proclamation Day from Mayor Sylvester Turner.

February 19, 2019 – Houston PetSet was presented with a Proclamation Day from Mayor Sylvester Turner.

April 23, 2019 – Houston PetSet was presented with House Resolution 1284 by Representative Sarah Davis. The Resolution was presented to the Houston PetSet team on the House Floor and recognized the work of the organization for the animals of the Greater Houston Community.
