Remember February’s snowstorm? A huge number of tethered dogs were left outside to suffer in below-freezing temperatures and law enforcement was unable to do anything #ForTheAnimals. Why? Because Texas law does NOT protect dogs from extreme weather conditions.
It’s time for us to #LegislateToChangeTheirFate with a law that PROTECTS our dogs from being harmed and killed due to severe temperatures. The Safe Outdoor Dogs bill does this and more.
