The Houston Dog Park Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to opening a network of dog parks in Houston and the surrounding communities. They are working with the City of Houston and Harris County to identify locations for dog parks.

Lone Star Boxer Rescue is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR is run and managed by volunteers. Our main objective is to rescue and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources, including local animal shelters, owner surrenders and strays.

Loving Spots' goal is to place rescued Dalmatians in forever homes through their unique K9 behavior and obedience rescue program.

PAWS Houston is a non-profit organization that serves the needs of low-income pet owners who are living with terminal illness. PAWS offers comprehensive services designed to enable our clients to keep their animal companions. Services include an animal food bank, subsidized veterinary care, volunteer pet care, grooming, foster care and adoption when necessary. In addition to direct client services, PAWS plays a large role in education of the medical and veterinary communities about the benefits and risks of animal companionship for people with medical and financial hardships.
