Thank you for your interest in Houston PetSet's gifting process. Our gifting process for 2012 is currently open and we are accepting completed application packages. Download an application package by clicking the button below.

 

 

General Instructions:

 

Applications must be submitted by March 31, 2012

Funds will be distributed by June 30, 2012

Type and single-space all proposals. (Minimum 11 point)

Provide all of the information in the order listed

All questions relative to the request must be completed fully

Submit only one copy with numbered pages; do not bind or staple

Do not include materials other than those specifically requested at this time

Do not send videotapes

Note: Specific projects or programs may receive consideration over ongoing operating requests or capital campaign or endowment requests. If you have a specific project or program, we'd love to see it!
