Thank you for your interest in Houston PetSet's gifting process. Our gifting process for 2010 is currently open and we are accepting completed application packages. Download an application package by clicking the button below.

 

 

General Instructions:

 

Applications must be submitted by March 31, 2010

Funds will be distributed by June 30, 2010

Type and single-space all proposals. (Minimum 11 point)

Provide all of the information in the order listed

All questions relative to the request must be completed fully

Submit only one copy with numbered pages; do not bind or staple

Do not include materials other than those specifically requested at this time

Do not send videotapes
